Ration Comparisons

I thought I’d gather information on various Lifeboat Ration bars and one non ration bar. Putting together the nutrtitonal information side-by-side (as best I could) opens my eyes a bit. It helps to have some sort of comparison chart. Please forgive the presentation – it’s not my strong point. I hope this helps some of you in your decisions as to BOB components and such.
